1. Returns & Approval

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Before sending back any item, you must first obtain approval from our customer service team. Email info@kirraboutique.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (where possible).

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and lingerie

  • Tights and stockings

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement. If the same issue occurs again, we will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated order processing system.
