1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free shipping. These will be clearly communicated on our website.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping (if available): delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs processing).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

5. Delays & Out of Stock Items

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, shipping may be delayed. We will notify you by email with the updated delivery timeframe.

  • In cases of delay due to stock shortages, orders may take 7–14 business days. Chargebacks cannot be filed for delays within this timeframe, as stated in our Terms of Service.

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

7. International Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kirra Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kirraboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
